2008.04.14 HELiCON 2008 - for a convenient and affordable product Today, the complexity of modern industry products is constantly and rapidly increasing and therefore requires a quick reaction to customer-specific wishes and requirements. Due to this phenomenon, more and more companies are currently aiming for a standardisation and modularisation of their product range and the implementation of product platforms. Here, so-called product configurators provide the ideal solution. Many companies, however, used to be put off by the rather high costs in terms of time and money which are often associated with the creation of product configurators.
